    Millerstown seems like an OK place, but I wanted to open a tab and they wouldn't let me. I can live with that, although it is nice to have a tab option available when you don't know how much you're going to order.

    What turned me off completely--and likely will prevent me from going back there in the future--was the fact that they don't take debit & credit cards. They are cash only, but they do have an ATM (likely with a high fee, didn't bother checking) available for those that don't carry cash. Sorry, but this is almost 2014. A lot of people like myself don't carry cash. You're gonna lose a lot of business by not taking credit cards. My opinion of them will improve if they start taking credit cards.
